About
I work collaboratively with my clients to help them through depression, anxiety, stress, low self esteem, OCD, trauma, historical physical and sexual abuse, and many other challenges you may be facing.
Self esteem and empowerment are driving forces that I will help you with to live a more fulfilled life. I provide a safe space to explore your emotions, past present and future experiences, while challenging you in a supportive manner in order to guide you to your ultimate goals.
I don't believe finances should be a barrier to you receiving help and will work with you to make counselling accessible. I offer flexible appointments with some evening appointments available as well as online or phone counselling. Co-Author of Best selling "Women Who Impact". Author of Milk and Cookies-A Memoir of Childhood Sexual Abuse (Fall 2021)
