Life can prove to be challenging and sometimes feel like there's no way out to manage all the negative feelings and symptoms. If you need support in finding a way out, you've come to the right place. I have 14+ years of experience and training (DBT, ART, ACT, etc) working in trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD, sexual trauma, intergenerational trauma, childhood trauma, et al..) and use a trauma-informed, mind/body approach that helps you understand your trauma, and see light at the end of that tunnel. This journey is not easy, but it can be the most worthwhile thing you've ever done. You can do this, and you don't have to do it alone!
My experience has been centered around trauma work. I am here to offer you tools to help alleviate the pain of past traumas, but I am also here to accompany you on your healing journey through the pain, if you're ready. I value honesty/transparency and hope you do too!
