I believe that clients are the experts in their own life. My role is one of providing a client-focused, non-judgmental space with support to empower and equip clients to be the best version of themselves. Therapy offers a great opportunity to improve health, healing, and strength.

Having experience working with men, women, youth, and families struggling with mental health disorders, addictions, immigration, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and abuse, I come to table with an open mind and a compassionate heart. I am passionate about helping people build the tools they need to reach their goals.

I believe that working with people, mind, body and spirit, is valuable. My faith impacts my life journey and I offer a safe space to explore many topics including faith and culture. I work through a neurobiological, psychosocial, trauma-informed lens and draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to clients needs.
