After 30 years in the field, I am blessed to work with clients who are often empathic, sensitive and gifted. This being said, everyone is welcome and I tend to take a generalist approach a lot of the time. Many clients seek me out due to relationship issues and I have niche expertise in understanding and helping people heal from narcissistic wounding, complex trauma and codependence. Let's take a deeper look at why you may be experiencing depression, anxiety or chronic illness. I take a holistic, intuitively guided approach to help you change long-standing patterns and live an empowered life.
I work from a trauma-trained and attachment-informed framework, meaning, understanding how your early patterns may be repeating in your life and relationships, including narcissism. What you can expect from working with me is competence in specific therapeutic approaches proven to be effective, and the guiding idea that you are the expert in your own life.
