I possess a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. I am a registered Social Worker and I have specialized training in the areas of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Grief and Loss, Children's Mental Health, Depression and Anxiety.
