My goal is to work with individuals as they navigate through their difficult times and strive to work collaboratively towards a better quality of life. I am a certified EMDR practitioner, an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Consultant, and an Accredited Cool Kids provider (anxiety treatment program for children and youth). My primary goal is to establish a strong therapeutic rapport with each of my clients and ensure they feel comfortable sharing their story while working towards the goals of therapy.
As a client-centered therapist, I will use an eclectic approach, offering services that are evidence-based and best suited for the client. I have experience working with a variety of mental health and addiction issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety and life transitions. I provide Clinical Supervision, EMDR Consultation and placement opportunities.
