I provide counselling to individuals, families a who have experienced trauma, mental health concerns. I have worked with many first responders dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. I also enjoy supporting individuals dealing with mental health concerns during the pregnancy and postpartum stage of life.
