Hi, I’m Stacey, and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and hold a Master of Art's in Counselling Psychology degree. With 15years of experience in mental health, I combine and integrate various mind-body modalities in order to tailor sessions to your individual needs. My approach is client centred and trauma-informed, with a particular emphasis on Narrative Therapy, IFS, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Honouring your story, and the wisdom you enter the room with, is fundamental to our sessions. As we access the qualities, values, and strengths embedded throughout your story, we may develop and grow healthy coping patterns to challenge the problems being faced.
