When your child is struggling at home or school, it’s hard to know what to do next. I support children and youth who may be dealing with anxiety, behaviour, friendships, or school challenges—or who just need a few more tools to move forward. Sessions take place on a calm, rural property where kids can move, play, and connect with animals, often feeling more comfortable than in an office and well worth the drive. I also work closely with parents, offering practical, down-to-earth support that fits real family life—not just the therapy room.
I offer evidence-based therapy tailored to each child, including play therapy, CBT, and animal- and equine-assisted sessions in a working farm setting. I also support parents with practical strategies (CPS, SPACE). I offer learning, cognitive, and ADHD assessments when questions about learning or attention arise.
