I provide psychotherapy in collaboration with horses. Being outdoors with theses beautiful animals gives you an opportunity to connect to yourself. You can be present and in the moment. I offer an experiential type of therapy in nature that provides insight into who you are and what you can do to change recurring behaviours. EQUINE-ASSISTED THERAPY provides an opportunity to connect to yourself in new ways.
My practice is a judgement-free zone. You will process your emotions in a way that leads to greater insight and self-awareness. I make sure you are SEEN, HEARD and VALIDATED. I have a calm demeanour, an important trait when doing therapy with horses. I’m always curious about what we can learn from horses. My curiosity shows up in my therapeutic approach.
