My approach is client centered and I use a variety of therapeutic tools including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, emotionally focused therapy, solution focus therapy, motivational Interviewing, hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques to complement the client’s treatment plan.
