While I don't have a specialty, clients I tend to attract are those working through trauma and resilience, depression, ADHD and executive function, depression, anxiety and building confidence, self esteem and self compassion.
Without a preconceived agenda, I'll work alongside you holistically in seeking your truth. While working with you, the client, and building our alliance together, you'll soon see not only do I bring compassion and understanding but also a great sense of humour and interesting anecdotes!
