About
As a deeply compassionate therapist, I believe strongly in creating a safe space for mutual growth, wherein cohesion and alliance advance the therapeutic processes of healing and development. With avid curiosity and respect, we’ll explore the innermost workings of your mind, heart and spirit. This is your processing, I'm here to bring support and to guide you through as you find within yourself your ability to create what you want and need.
I believe in taking a client-centered approach to my practice, acknowledging you as an individual and working as your pace dictates. While I don't have a specialty, clients I tend to attract are those working through trauma and resilience, depression, ADHD and executive function, anxiety and building confidence and self esteem.
Without preconceived agenda, I'll work alongside you holistically in seeking your truth. While working with client and building our alliance together, you'll soon see not only do I bring compassion and understanding but also a great sense of humour and interesting anecdotes! No stereotypical "how does that make you feel" here.
