I take a client-centered approach to working with clients, acknowledging you as an individual and working as your pace dictates. While I don't have a specialty, clients I tend to attract are those working through trauma and resilience, depression, ADHD and executive function, depression, anxiety and building confidence, self esteem and self compassion.
Without preconceived agenda, I'll work alongside you holistically in seeking your truth. While working with you, the client, and building our alliance together, you'll soon see not only do I bring compassion and understanding but also a great sense of humour and interesting anecdotes!
