About
Are you often in situations that feel like the spotlight is on you: your body gets heavy, your mind goes blank, and a sense of panic takes complete control? Having to perform can lead to feelings of anxiety or self-doubt. Whether you’re an athlete, performing on stage or in front of the camera, in the boardroom, or in front of your classmates/peers – these moments can feel like all eyes are on you, and that can be terrifying. A traumatic performance experience can replay in your mind, and can even impact the rest of your life. With support, you can begin to regain trust in yourself and move forward with renewed confidence.
I am passionate about helping people gain confidence, clarity, and a sense of relaxation. My approach to therapy is focused on helping you reach the mindset you need to achieve your optimal performance. We'll use research-supported acceptance, mindfulness, self-compassion, and performance-psychology techniques to help bring your BEST self to the spotlight.
Overcoming the blocks that hold you back from your optimal performance develops resilience, increases self-confidence, and allows you to see your self-worth, leaving you feeling fully capable in your performance career, athletic endeavours, and in your overall life. Give me a call or send an email, and let’s get you on your way to owning your spotlight!
