Early professional life is uniquely fast-paced, and sometimes overwhelming. My work focuses on supporting professionals, entrepreneurs and goal-oriented clients (athletes, performers, passion-project-ers) in their 20’s and 30’s to navigate these challenges. We’ll talk about the hard feelings like self-doubt and anxiety, but we’ll also explore where you want to be. The goal is to line you up with the life you want to be living.
