I incorporate various counselling methodologies and approaches, such as Gestalt (including BodyMind Rubenfeld Synergy method), Narrative therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour therapy, and others.
I also offer an effective Stress Management Program, based on the principles of deep diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness meditation. The program can be implemented individually and in group settings.
