I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist in Ontario. I provide psychotherapy services from an anti-oppressive framework using a client-centered or family-centered approach to meet the various needs of my clientele. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, domestic violence, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, attachment, grief and loss, and other mental health concerns. I utilize various treatment tools in individual or group settings, including, CBT, Narrative, EFT, Mindfulness, DBT, Strength and System approaches. We also do cognitive and behavioural assessment and testing at our centers through a Registered Psychologist.

I offer individual, couples/marriage and family therapy. Through understanding, I offer an authentic and warm environment for support and compassion. I believe it is very important to foster a safe space for both acceptance and change, therefore, integrating your worldview is a vital part of the process. At times, many of us contend with emotions and suffering that are overwhelmingly painful, disheartening and difficult to bear, often as a result of unique stressors and events. I work with adults, adolescents, families and step-families using Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, interpersonal psychotherapy, and DBT/CBT within neuroscience and attachment frameworks. Living through times of change is challenging!
