About
With over twenty years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, I enjoy helping children, teens and young adults achieve wellness and authentic living. I provide assessment services for various learning, behavioural and attentional challenges as well as screening and support for suspected mental health issues. Counselling therapy is quite central to my practice, as is continuing consultation and advocacy post-assessment.
I provide assessment services for learning disabilities, behavior, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, developmental delay, and screening for autism and mental health challenges. I counsel school-aged children around many issues such as worry (anxiety) and low mood (depression) and consider this central to my practice.
I would enjoy the opportunity to meet with you and/or your school-aged child (up to age 25 years) to discover how I can offer support. I am excited to begin seeing adults over age 25 years, couples and families for counselling after my graduation with an MEd in Counselling (Acadia University), Spring 2020.
