Spidle Counselling believes in working from a client centered approach. Wherever you are in your journey, I'll meet you and help you decided the best path of recovery for you. Many people go through daily life feeling unfulfilled and overwhelmed with their circumstances. There are usually valid reasons for this but it's sometimes hard to recognize what they are. The first step toward a solution requires first knowing the problem.
Whether it's depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, low self-esteem, grief or relationship issues, we will work together to figure out a path for recovery. There are many different ways to approach a problem and the more tools we have in our tool kit the better equipped we will be.
I have worked in youth corrections, schools, universities and addictions. I have studied Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and many other therapies that work from a client centered approach. Let me help you turn over your new leaf and find your path to happiness.
