I support clients exploring identity and meaning, including LGBTQ related concerns such as self acceptance, identity exploration, and belonging. I also work with men who struggle with emotional expression, anger, stress, or disconnection. Many clients come to therapy seeking practical tools and greater self understanding.
My approach is informed by cognitive behavioural therapy and solution focused brief therapy, along with experience working with neurodivergent individuals including ADHD and ASD. I value meeting people where they are and believe change happens through understanding, compassion, and realistic steps forward.
