I support adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, dismissed, stuck, or lost in their relationships, health journeys, or major life transitions. Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic illness, medical trauma, misdiagnosis, ADHD, caregiving stress, separation, divorce, blended family challenges, postpartum or menopause shifts, or changes in mobility. I offer a grounded, compassionate space to process what you’ve been through and find clarity when life feels confusing or out of control.

I specialize in mechanism‑focused conceptualization, mapping patterns and fear architecture, and helping you see the moments where thoughts shape behaviour. I blend trauma‑responsive CBT, IFS, somatic and hypnotherapy, ADHD‑informed care, Brainspotting training, and Terry Real’s couples therapy to slow things down and build awareness and skill.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when feeling as if you have been carrying things alone. I bring a steady, compassionate presence, along with strong advocacy and research skills, to help you make sense of complex situations and feel supported with family, doctors, or care teams.
