With a specialization in Trauma, Rachael works to support youth and adults of all backgrounds, faiths, and sexual orientations. Rachael pays special attention to psychoeducation in helping others understand their mind & body to help discover the root of dis-ease in their life as she believes the more language we have in understanding our internal systems, the more power we have over our individual wellness experience.
