Adolescent DBT Skills Group--ONLINE
In this 12 week group, you will learn new ways to manage distress, identify and cope with your emotions, change rigid, black-and-white patterns of thinking and learn new strategies for improving communicating. Group runs Sundays from 12:30-2:30 starting on January 22 Cost: $1599 and includes the registration for 1 adolescent and 1 caregiver
