Accepting new clients for MAY. We get stuck sometimes, whether, through habit or circumstances, emotional, mental, and physical. Sometimes these thoughts become patterns and we need to work through what's going on. I think a person needs to release these thoughts in our heads. We store them up and other times we listen to things in our heads over and over again and don't speak out what is really going on. We are busy at work and get stuck on personal issues that don't get resolved as we can get so immersed in maintaining deadlines and work ethos and expectations. It can impact our personal relationships and family lives.
My main area is CBT, working with thought processes and how we can assess them together. This help to resolve everyday matters and concerns. Being aware of them is the first step. Let's take some more steps together. I use an array of approaches that suit you.
