We are looking for a way to feel more real and engaged with the world and yet everything about us is seized up. I offer expert assistance to individuals and couples with an intention to enrich and transform the relationships in their lives. This includes the relationship with oneself, with significant others, with family and with communities.
My belief is that enhanced self-awareness through the use of psychotherapeutic practises leads toward greater balance, self-direction, creativity and satisfaction in every dimension of life.
