My name is Melissa Olson, a Woodland Cree member of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band on Treaty 6 territory. Born and raised in Northern Saskatchewan, I became a Social Worker to help my people and discovered my own healing along the way. Now a Master Reiki Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist, I use energy healing and hypnotherapy to support others in balancing their medicine wheel and overcoming stress, anxiety, and unwanted habits. With a strength-based, heart-centred approach, I empower others to heal themselves—because when we heal ourselves, we heal the next generation.
As a Hypnotherapist I guide clients into a relaxed state to access the subconscious mind, helping release blocks, heal trauma, and create positive change. As a Reiki Practitioner I channel universal energy to balance the body, mind, and spirit, promoting deep relaxation, emotional healing, and overall well-being.
