Through my practice at Soul and Soil Counselling, I blend talk therapy and somatic techniques with elements of parts work, cognitive, art and eco-therapies to support the growth and healing of the whole person. Naturally curious and compassionate, I strive to tailor my approach to each unique individual, with creativity and compassion.
I know too well how hard it is to find good mental health support, and how hopeless it can feel when you've tried so many things, with little improvement.
