As a clinical nurse with over 9 years of experience in adult mental health, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and navigate challenges in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

I offer supportive mental health care tailored to your needs using an eclectic, evidence-informed approach. Drawing from tools such as CBT and DBT, I help you better understand your emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. I am currently awaiting my psychotherapy permit from the OPQ.
