I am accepting new clients (ages 16+) both in-person and virtually. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Master’s level (MA Counselling Psychology) practicum student who is qualified to practice under clinical supervision, I will provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment. I meet clients where they're at and approach therapy with a wholistic perspective. I welcome clients who are struggling with life changes, daily functioning, stress, anxiety, and depression to embark on a journey of change together.
I like to help clients build strength and resiliency through modalities such as motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based approaches. I am equipped to help clients break down their emotions, values, and goals to find a path forward using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approaches (SFBT).
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and navigating life's challenges doesn't have to be done alone. I can tailor my approach to your needs and unique experiences through collaboration. My priority in our sessions is trust, and I welcome those from all walks of life, including those of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and diverse cultural backgrounds.
