Welcome. My name is Sophie Martin and I am Registered Psychotherapist with 15 years of experience in the fields of mental health and sexual health.
I specialize in relational therapy: couples, sex & intimacy, & family therapy. I focus on what happens between people. Because while many of us understand our patterns on a cognitive level, real change often happens in the moment they arise, in connection with someone else. We don’t just “sit and talk.” My practice has an embodied and somatic focus.
There is often a thin line between tragedy and comedy, and I believe there is a reason for that! We will ebb and flow across vast dimensions together.
