Currently not accepting clients due to parental leave. Will be returning June 2025. BIO: Working together, we will slow things down so that you can further develop mindful awareness of your pain & stuck-ness. We will explore how the past continues to show up in the present, and work to heal the root of how these unshakeable beliefs developed. Attuning to the body, we will explore what is happening for you at a physiological level as it relates to your mental, emotional, and spiritual health, in a context of a world full of cognitive dissonance and oppression. All of this to shift and uplift you and your relationships.
My experience in supporting youth & families and training in IFS & EMDR deeply informs my practice. I work relationally to support attachment repair, whether that be with your partner, your child or family member, or your inner child. I am always learning & blending skills of both science & the arts. I have a passion for sexual health.
I chose this line of work because I love people. My approach is down-to-earth, transparent, humble, & openhearted. If you choose to work with me, we will laugh together, have fun together, sit in the pain together, & even the awkwardness. Fit (i.e. relationship) is important! Let's have a free phone consultation. (Pet therapy & NIHB services available).
