Together we will develop your skills to navigate the obstacles that are holding you back professionally and personally, to move towards a more satisfying, fulfilling and empowering life. I support people who struggle with interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression and trauma. In over 15 years of practice, I have developed an integrative, collaborative approach that honors my clients’ unique perspectives, values and strengths. I believe everyone has the inner resources to attain greater well-being.
In addition to verbal psychotherapy, I am trained as an art therapist. Personal imagery can be an effective means to gain self-knowledge and bring to light inner resources. Creating art can help navigate feelings or situations that are difficult to put into words. No previous art making experience is necessary.
Ultimately I hope to kindly and creatively help you grow by challenging you to meet the goals that are the most meaningful to you.
