I’m Sophie, a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s of Social Work. I am especially interested in working with teens, students, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, school or work related stressors, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviours.
In our sessions, you can expect a safe and judgment-free space where you can talk openly and feel supported. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and together we’ll figure out what works best for you. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing to help you build coping skills, gain perspective, and make changes that feel realistic and meaningful.
