My path into therapy is shaped by profound personal experiences of struggle and healing, and by years spent in theatre, art/play facilitation, and childcare; experiences that instilled in me a deep love for the human condition and the unique spirit of each person.
As a Pre-Licensed Professional and Expressive Arts Therapy student under clinical supervision, I weave intermodal expressive arts, psychodynamic, somatic, and relational approaches, and bring attunement to existential, transpersonal, and intergenerational themes. Our work is led by your pace and grounded in creativity, curiosity, and care.
