I am looking forward to be granted with the privilege to sit by your side as you determine the next steps to go from where you are to where you want to be. Are you masking to pretend everything is okay? Are you looking for a place to put down what has been heavy to carry? If so, I hope to help create a safe space where you can simply show up, be yourself and do so free of judgements.
I am a bilingual therapist and I work with children, teens, adults and couples.
I also come with a great sense of humor and a calming presence.
I adapt my interventions & approaches based on the needs of the person in front of me. With children, I use a child-centered play therapy approach allowing them to naturally explore their emotions through therapeutic play.
I have a passion for supporting individuals wanting to break the cycle of violence & offer critical incidents group debriefings.
I understand how hard it can be to take that first step and reach out for help as I've been there myself. I also know the importance of finding the right fit in a therapist.
