Healing from relationship trauma is possible—and you don’t have to face it alone. I specialize in helping people recover from betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, and other wounds caused by painful relationships. Whether these experiences began in childhood or developed later, they can disrupt your sense of self, body connection, and relationship with others. You might struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, perfectionism, or a feeling of being too much, yet not enough. Together, we can process these experiences, attune to your nervous system, and create new patterns that help you feel grounded, confident, and connected again.
Relationship trauma can start in childhood with emotionally immature, critical, or narcissistic caregivers, or in adulthood through betrayal, infidelity, narcissistic abuse, or emotional abuse. Working together, we can gently understand what happened, release the pain your body still carries, and heal deeply—restoring emotional safety and self-trust.
I help clients repair attachment wounds, break cycles of relational pain, and rebuild self-worth. My style is down-to-earth, conversational, and integrative—blending trauma-informed therapies with practical tools. Together, we’ll work towards feeling grounded in yourself and creating relationships that feel safe, healthy, and fulfilling.

This biweekly group is for women who have experienced betrayal in intimate relationships—whether through infidelity, emotional affairs, compulsive and secretive sexual behaviors, or hidden addictions. There will be a maximum of eight people in this group. To protect each participant’s privacy, strict confidentiality is expected from all members. This group will be held over Zoom.
