My passion lies in working with BIPOC individuals facing cultural dissonance and intergenerational trauma. I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and gain insight into themselves and their lives.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning that I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to create a customized treatment plan for each individual. I believe that the best therapy is collaborative, and I work closely with my clients to identify their unique strengths and challenges and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
