As a Master Counsellor and Registered Supervisor I am here to invite every part of you to be present so you can live fully. My passion is to create a safe space for you to be heard and understood in order to explore the deep rooted feelings of shame, guilt, hurt, fear, loneliness and anger. You will gain a better understanding and process some of those roots in a non judgmental environment. I bring my years of experience with a successful practice and working through my own personal struggles with anxiety, grief, codependency and self esteem from a difficult past. I offer supervision to new and existing counsellors who want growth

I love to see clients progress and leave with hope, greater self awareness and self assurance and tools to use on their journey to wholeness.
As a Registered counselling supervisor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists I offer group and individual clinical supervision monthly for interns, supervisees or counsellors looking for supervision and accountability in their practice.
