Problems can arise that lead to anxiety, depression, or other symptoms that affect daily living. My desire is to not only help you live, but to thrive. If your experiences with friends, relationships, and intimacy have made life challenging, be comforted that there is hope. We’ll work together toward a path of healing that is creative, unique, and right for you. I do not subscribe to pathologizing a person’s experiences; my passion lies with helping others safely and curiously navigate what is happening in their lives.
I have a focus in sex therapy, and am also happy to work with clients who are looking for ways to address other broader issues affecting their lives. I also have experience in Film & TV and can assist industry members with the stress of such intense work.
I look forward to engaging with a variety of clients and learning about experiences, cultures, and identities different to mine. Taking the journey toward change is something we can do together. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I want to provide safer spaces for people to explore themselves and their needs when it can be difficult to find them elsewhere.
