I will probably laugh at your jokes. No, seriously! I think laughter is one of the most powerful ways we loosen the grip of fear and shame. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical to be effective. You can expect me to be warm, steady, and straightforward with you. The hours we spend together matter. Hard experiences lead to a war on the inside. One part of us wants to connect, the other part wants to live alone in the woods forever. One part of us wants to quit that habit that's getting in our way and the other thinks it's the only way to be okay. I help people create peace between their parts so they can make good, long term decisions for themselves.
