Our work together will look at your unique experience, and what is meaningful in your life. My approach is emotionally-focused, neurobiological, and trauma-informed.
Individuals, couples, and families are welcome. My work experience includes community mental health, crisis intervention, day treatment and residential services, educational institutions, hospital settings, first responders, and the military. Roles held include clinician, consultant, supervisor, and trainer; this will inform our work together.
