Hi, I’m Sonia! A passionate therapist specializing in supporting young children, teens, and parents, including those in the postpartum period as well as trauma survivors. In my work, I focus on helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem and body image concerns, relationship conflicts, managing big emotions, and the deep loneliness that can sometimes come with these struggles. With years of professional experience, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience as a trauma survivor and mother.
