My name is Sonia and I am a Registered Counselling Therapist (Can.) in beautiful Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. I support children, youth, adults, couples and families with a variety of challenges and experiences as they work towards better mental health and healthier relationships. Working from a client-centred lens, I believe that each person is an expert in their own lives, and that the power to heal comes from within.
