I specialize in anxiety and related concerns, including OCD, panic, phobias, hoarding, body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs), and tics. I provide an affirming approach for neurodiverse and 2sLGBTQIA+ adults and youth. I offer support for confirmed or suspected ADH(D) and/or Autism and navigating late diagnosis. I have a special interest in working with those experiencing anxiety related to fertility challenges, pregnancy, and post-partum as well as parenting challenges. I am committed to using evidence-based therapies in a person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally inclusive way.

I have specialized training in cognitive-behavioural therapies including exposure and response prevention (ERP), trauma-focused CBT, Inference-based CBT, CBT for Insomnia, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), comprehensive behavioural intervention for tics (CBIT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
