I help adults and couples understand why they think, feel, and react the way they do. My practice specialises in complex trauma, relational trauma, attachment patterns, anxiety, panic, PTSD, nervous system dysregulation, and intimacy concerns. Many people are surprised to discover how early-life experiences continue to influence their emotions, relationships, self-worth, and coping patterns long into adulthood. Together, we explore these patterns to create lasting, meaningful change.
My work is grounded in attachment theory, developmental psychology, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed psychotherapy. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, we explore why problems develop, what maintains them, and how early experiences continue to shape your life. Together, we identify, process, and heal these experiences.
I believe lasting healing begins with understanding. When we make sense of why we think, feel, and react the way we do, change becomes possible.
