We are clinical social workers and mental health counsellors with experience supporting both kids and adults with a variety of life’s challenges. We are trained in and use a blend of various approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, emotion focused and narrative therapy, mindfulness, creativity and play. Together, we can work towards getting things back on track.

Child Anxiety Group- Taming WORRY Dragons

For children 8-11 years old who are scared, worried, and withdrawn. We will work together to help them build courage, confidence, and feeling more calm. With the help of parents (who will be involved in some of the sessions and have additional parenting support around child anxiety), we will engage in fun and novel ways to learn about the anxiety cycle, develop coping skills and strategies, and face fears.
