About
We are so glad you found your way to this space. We know how daunting the process of seeking and finding the right support can be. Whether you’re dealing with a mental health concern, personal or professional stress, or family, parenting, or relational challenges, we are here to walk alongside you, offering you a nonjudgmental space, within which you can begin to better understand yourself, feel better equipped to cope with whatever issues brought you to seek support in the first place, and ultimately, cultivate a greater sense of peace, presence, and purpose.
We are a group of skilled and compassionate professionals who use a mindful, integrative, and down-to-earth approach to tackling some of life’s more serious problems. We believe that every person is doing and has done the best they can with the tools and resources the have access to.
If you feel called to work with us, feel free to check out our website to meet our team (coming soon—link below), but for now, you can visit: www.janicegill.ca/meet-our-team and we can set up a complimentary initial consult with the therapist of your choice to see if it feels like a good fit for you! We wish you all the very best on your journey.
