Hey there... I'm Danielle. Maybe you've been carrying more than anyone realizes. You're exhausted from trying to cope, feeling stuck, or wondering why things still feel so hard despite your efforts. My approach is warm, honest, and practical. Together, we'll identify patterns, find moments of calm, and take steps—even little ones—towards your goals. I'm here to be the helping hand that's there when you need a boost, a new perspective, or simply a space to have a cry.
Life can be overwhelming. Whether it's addiction, anxiety, or disability, these experiences and feelings—big or small—can be exhausting in ways others don't always see. My job is to help you make sense of it all and practise tangible strategies together. I'll gently challenge you when it helps, so you can make the changes you've set for yourself.
I'm warm, collaborative, and direct. Along with understanding what you're feeling, we'll focus on practical, evidence-based strategies you can use between sessions.
