I support adults and teens through relationship growth, coming out 2SLGBTQ+, parenting at all stages, and difficulties with self-esteem. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a queer-, body-, sex-, and nonmonogamy-positive space that is trauma-informed and age-appropriate.
I take a person-centered and existential approach, integrating mindfulness and experiential interventions from acceptance-commitment and psychodynamic therapies while always considering the fullness of your background, family dynamics, and experiences.
