I specialize in supporting women navigating anxiety, self-doubt & overwhelm, particularly those managing infertility and ADHD. Together, we’ll cultivate your authentic self, strengthen resilience and empowerment, and develop practical tools to help you move through challenges and reconnect with yourself & your life in ways that feel aligned and meaningful.
