Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I work primarily with adults navigating ADHD, relational and developmental trauma, and difficulties in relationships. Often, these experiences overlap in ways that can feel confusing or overwhelming. You might have felt different for a long time, or like you have to work twice as hard just to keep up. Maybe you’ve learned to mask or push through, but underneath there’s exhaustion, self-doubt, feeling like you are "not good enough" and "too much" at the same time, or a general sense that you’re not quite living in a way that feels like you. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone.

My approach is collaborative, curious, and trauma-informed. We’ll go at a pace that feels supportive for your nervous system.
