Hi! I’m really happy you found my page. My main focus areas are adults who are diagnosed with ADHD, relational and childhood trauma, as well as relationship issues. Many times, my client and I work at the intersection of all these three, since they are so highly connected to one another. Maybe you’ve always felt so different from everyone else, you’ve struggled to do things that seem to come so easily to others. No matter how hard you try, it seems like you always fall short, leaving you with feelings of not being good enough, not trusting yourself, and feeling anxious and/or hopeless. If this is you, I can help!
I define my approach as adaptive and trauma-informed, I draw from modalities such as Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory. I also provide services in Spanish.
