Hi there! Are you ready to make change to your life and relationships? As an experienced psychotherapist I have worked with several couples and families in addition to individuals by helping them manage difficult life challenges. I specialize working with mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, anger and grief, and helping clients cope with stress and trauma. I enjoy working with couples and families and guide them towards reconnection, trust and love. If you decide to go with me, I help you make positive transformations to your life by identifying and achieving your specific therapeutic needs and goals.
I use several different therapeutic modalities like DBT, CBT, EFT, Self- Compassion, Solutions Based, Mindfulness based therapy and Eye Movement Integration (EMI). I am also a meditation and breath work teacher.
You will find my office space very calming, safe and private. I am conveniently located off Trafalgar and Dundas with ample free parking.
